Acts of the Apostles Bible Study - Part 1 Evening Sessions

If you’ve ever wondered what Acts is really about, how the Early Church relates to our Church today or about your role in the Kingdom of God, then join us for Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom. Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom is a Bible study which explores the story of the Early Church in light of the Holy Spirit and demonstrates how this story is important for all Disciples of Christ. 

Join us for Part 1, Chapters 1 - 5.  This is a video presentation by Jeff Cavins and Sarah Christmyer led by Deacon Dennis Wuebbels. Meetings on Tuesday September 25, October 2, 16, 23 , 30 and November 6.  No meeting on October 9.  Materials purchased will also cover future sessions of the Acts of the Apostles to chapter 27.

Morning session is scheduled from 10:30 am to 12 noon or evening session from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. 

Deacon Dennis Wuebbels

Deacon Dennis was ordained in October 2009 and has been at St John the Beloved Parish for the past nine years.  Before his ordination, he was active in parishes, teaching PREP at St John the Beloved, St Mary of the Assumption and in Texas.  He also worked with adult education and formation.  

Since his ordination, he has lead ober 40 courses and bible studies.  He has led the Acts of the Apostle srtudy five times: twice suing Ascension Press materials and Three times using Little Rock Scripture Studies.  

We are delighted that Deacon Dennis is leading Jesus House in this Bible Study.
